NODE环境问题

 'node' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

我的现象NODE的控制台 可以正常执行 node -v 

但是 Win + R 的系统控制台 不能正常执行 node -v ,会报错

 'node' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

解决方案：

1，将NODE环境目录 设置到 系统环境和 用户环境

2，将C:\Windows\System32  设置到 用户变量的PATH中 即可解决
